I worked with Erica from the beginning, she is an absolute gem! She was so kind with my numerous visits to the property & last minute change in floorplans. Never showed any annoyance & wanted to make sure I landed where I would be happy. First class all the way. Move-In Day was seamless & the unit was in perfect condition, super clean & ready to settle into. The property has been super quiet, even through the Christmas holiday, & I have found my neighbors to be kind. Overall thrilled to be a resident & hope to be here for a long time.
My husband and I have lived here for three years without complaints. We love this community, the management, the maintenance team, and how dog-friendly it is. Plus, The Mark shopping center is within walking distance, the area feels safe, and the grounds are well-kept.
Any time we have had a maintenance request, emergency, or anything else we need help with, IMT has been responsive, caring, and prompt. We feel so lucky to call this place home.

IMT Sonoma Hills is the best complex we have lived in. Jen is so extremely helpful, responsive, and kind - throughout the application and move in process as well as while being residents.
We love our 3 BR floorplan - the kitchen is so nice, love the natural light from the balcony doors that feed the living room, and love the large size of the main bedroom. The oversized balcony is also great. The property is beautiful and we love all the walking paths, lakes, etc. all around. The amenities are great too.
Lastly, the close proximity to Disney and other Orlando theme parks is unmatched. We love seeing the MK castle from our balcony/bedroom and watching HEA anytime we want!
BE WARNED! The apartments are incredible, the location is great, lived there for 2 years never had issues.
Be sure if you want to live here, before you move in DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. We documented all the damages prior to move in on legal documents the leasing office provided. When they charged us for a damage that wasn’t our fault upon move out we fought to have the charge removed because we had the documentation to prove it. Even then they denied they’re own documentation and still charged us for the damage we didn’t do. The leasing office did not communicate to us at all how the move-out process worked. We reached out multiple times and wouldn’t receive an answer. This move-out battle went on for over a month and had to talk to corporate instead of the leasing office at the location.
This rating would be a 5 but they made moving out a nightmare. Still a great place, just be advised and on your guard that they might not honor their own rules.
Excellent as always! We have a great maintenance team and professional office staff. Thanks for always taking care of whatever comes up in my apartment for the nearly six years I have lived here.
I just moved in the IMT Sonoma Hills and so far it’s been amazing. Jen in the leasing office has been such a help answering any and all questions we have had in a punctual time as well as explaining everything in an easy to understand way.
At the time you read this review, I'll probably have already moved out, as I'm leaving soon. I rarely post any reviews online, but Sonoma Hills deserves one.
I have to say that, in all the 3 years I've lived here, the maintenance and the admin crew have been absolutely perfect. From minor day-to-day appliance hiccups, to hurricane landscape aftermath, not only are they competent, but also thoughtful and pleasant.
